Chao Yue Xuan Dim Sum is founded and helmed by two pre-eminent chefs; an award-winning and former Executive Dim Sum Chef of The St. Regis Singapore (2015-2021), Chef Vanness Chai and former Executive Chef of Crystal Jade Group Noodle and Congee (2015-2021), Chef Sean Chai.
