Why 800 bowls? This is because Chef Kok, founder of 八 百 碗 – Ba Bai Wan, hopes that he will one day be able to sell 800 bowls of ramen daily. 

 Ba Bai Wan specializes in ramen – 拉 面 as well as his signature pork dumplings and wantons. Not to be missed will be Chef Kok’s  signature Pork Dumpling in Hot Chilli Vinaigrette – 红 油 抄 手, Crabcake Meatball Ramen served in a bowl of slow-cooked* collagen rich goodness – 蟹 粉 狮 子 头 面, Supreme Ramen – 至 尊 拉 面, Pork and Chives Dumplings – 韭 菜 水 饺 as well as the appetizing  Braised Spice Tofu – 卤 豆 腐. If you are a big eater, options to add on different sides are available upon request as well. In view that Chef Kok wants to keep his dishes affordable, the price point ranges from $2.80 – $16. Do note that the ingredients are freshly prepared as such limited portions are available daily.  

*Soup is slow-cooked for 8hours with pork and old hen’s bones hence it is rich in collagen and flavour.

And that, was how HolyCrab was borne, a lovechild of Chef Elton’s passion for both eating and cooking.

Hopscotch is a casual restaurant and craft cocktail bar paying homage to Singapore’s local culture and the kampong spirit.

With the aim of bringing people together, Hopscotch’s food menu is designed with the idea of encouraging more communal styled dining. With the charcoal grill at its core, the menu features a wide range of Singapore inspired fusion main courses, sharing plates, and skewers.
